THE COMPANY
YesGroup S.r.l. is a holding company created on 1st February 2022 from the union of three startup creators: Elena Biscotto, Teddy Crivellari and Yuri Berti. Having acquired experience and knowhow over the years, they are now able to accompany startups in laying their foundations and take the first steps to developing and growing an idea; helping others is the reason why YesGroup S.r.l. came into life.
The founders are business consultants and owners of shares of the startups part of the holding company. They are ready to invest in people, new ideas and to support entrepreneurs in the start-up and development of innovative startups still in the planning stage. In 2023 YesGroup S.r.l., after having acquired percentages of some startups and detected the needs of the investee companies, decided to open the capital to a few interested investors in order to select new projects to add to the existing portfolio.
Today, YesGroup S.r.l. boasts 6 investees and 28 members and can count on partnerships with companies and professionals who have decided to invest their working capital for the common benefit, with a network that extends throughout the country to support and provide services to startups.
YesGroup S.r.l. is made up of young professionals, researchers and entrepreneurs driven by innovation and entrepreneurial elasticity: fundamental characteristics for today’s ever-changing market.

Teddy Crivellari
He started his career as a building contractor and then became a digital entrepreneur. Always attentive to the needs of the market, he noticed that more and more people were asking for small maintenance services around the house and came up with the solution. In 2018 he created Yeswork®️. Determined, curious and dynamic, he decides to put his experience at the service of other startup creators. He is one of the founders of the holding company and is in charge of the financial audit of the investees.
Elena Biscotto
Entrepreneur with a lively and curious personality, in 2019 she joined YesWork App as investor and partner. Director of YesGroup S.r.l. and vice-president of the board of directors of Il Lavoro In Un Tocco S.r.l., she is responsible for the marketing division, manages the communications putting into operation the strategies planned.
Yuri Berti
Communication expert, speaker, community creator and innovative entrepreneur. He is Co-Founder of YesGroup and CEO of YGTECH, he develops user-friendly software technologies capable of connecting the Web 3 world with the most common applications.
